Can I pause my plan?
Yes. Exam over, unwell, or away for a few days: one button pauses your plan. Your remaining days stay safe and come back when you do, and your streak does not break. A longer plan earns more pause days; the days each term earns are written above with the prices.
The OTP is not arriving.
Wait a minute and press “resend”. On a weak network it can take a few moments. The number must be the one the account was made with — a new number is a new account.
I want to change my mobile number.
Your number is your identity, so it cannot be changed from the app — that is what keeps every account real. If you genuinely need it, write to us; a person looks at every case.
Who can see my report link?
Only whoever you give the link to. The shared image carries only the good parts — improvement, streak, best mock. Weakness and rank stay on your private page.
