TestSangam is a personal mentorship for SSC CGL and CHSL preparation — for students who have plenty to study from, and no one watching.
The content market is full. The big apps hold lakhs of questions and thousands of mocks; government initiatives like SATHEE give it all away free. A “daily study plan” is free too — hundreds of Telegram groups send one every morning.
But a message sent to a group of a thousand is not mentorship. Nobody there is watching you. Which question you got wrong yesterday, how many seconds it took, whether that was the same mistake a third time — none of it is in anyone’s ledger.
TestSangam is built for exactly that gap: every student’s own account, written every day, read and signed by a person every week.
“What is not recorded can never be reported.”
So every answer is recorded with all of this. The wrong option, because it says whether it was haste or a gap in understanding. The seconds raw, never rounded. And the most valuable number of all: how many times the same mistake was repeated.
Recorded with every answer
Six layers, bottom to top. No magic — each is a plain rule we can explain.
An account of every answer, every day, every concept. Record everything first; decide later what to show.
An estimate of your grip on each concept, with a confidence. Below five answers we say nothing — and when we do, we say how sure we are.
What to study next: how much a topic weighs in the exam, times how far you are from it. Questions pitched so that roughly 15% go wrong — not so easy you doze, not so hard you quit. No two consecutive questions solvable by the same trick.
What went wrong returns just before you forget it. In maths, the same concept in a new form; in GK, the same question. The gaps shrink as the exam nears.
How far the exam is, what your level is, what kind of subject it is — three axes make twelve cells, and each cell decides how the day is split. It works from day one, with no data at all.
The streak, forgiveness days, and a group of 30–50. Their job is not to teach — it is to bring you back tomorrow.
The machine suggests; the mentor signs. Four things never reach a student without the mentor’s eye: the daily set, the Sunday letter, the 30-day re-check result, and any message that goes out in the mentor’s name.
Every change is written down with a reason — so at month’s end we can count where the machine was wrong. And if nobody has looked by morning, the suggestion goes out on its own; a student’s day is never empty.
5–15%
The healthy sign: the mentor disagrees with the machine 5–15% of the time. 0% means nobody is reading; above 30% means either the engine or the trust is broken.
TestSangam
Every student’s daily plan, every Sunday report, and every message sent in my name goes past my eyes first. Where the system looks wrong, it is changed, and the reason is written down.
One promise: if I have not checked by morning, the system’s plan goes out on its own. Your day will never be empty.
And one honest limit: this is not made for a crowd. Seats are few, because every student’s record is actually read.
